Click the link “FILE A COMPLAINT” on http://upnrigrs.in/. Fill in your complaint details, and be ready with your passport’s first and last page, as it is mandatory attachment to submit a complaint. On submitting the complaint, a reference number will be generated, that will be used for tracking your complaint status. Please enter your valid email in the complaint form, as complaint reference number is also sent to your email, entered in the complaint form.
Open the website http://upnrigrs.in/. Click on the link “TRACK YOUR COMPLAINT”. Enter the complaint reference number, and click on Search The status of your complaint will be displayed
The following category of grievances will be entertained:
  • Grabbing/snatching of ancestral properties by the close relatives.
  • Matters related to marital disputes.
  • Physical/mental harassment of parents by close relatives and neighbours.
  • Human trafficking.
  • Negligible attitude by the concerned Police Post/administrative Officers of District in respect of dealing grievances.
  • Problem Related to Land.
  • Involving in forged litigations.
  • Problem Related to Flat/Plot of Development Authority
Information with regard to fields marked in red are mandatory, These include:
  • Complainant Name

  • Date of Birth
  • Permanent Address
  • E-Mail
  • Mobile Number
  • Current Address of the person about whom the grievance filed, and so on.
    After submission of grievance application, concern redressal authority will get an email at their email and SMS at their CUG number for further action/to mark the appropriate authority. If first level officer does not dispose application within 15 days, an automatic reminder through email and SMS also provisioned.
    Complainant will also get information through email and he/she can see the current status of action taken by competent authority at any level.
    Yes. Provision of monitoring at different level like DM, SSP, Special Secretary(NRI) & Principal Secretary(NRI) is also there. Periodic reports at different parameters are also available at portal.

Status of your grievance can be tracked by using MADAD, application or through Portal on URL www.madad.gov.in
1. Go to Home page of MADAD mobile application and navigate to Track Grievances screen.
2. Enter your Grievance ID, Captcha (Security Code) and Click Submit.
